For all future Amber Rose suitors, we're so sorry to break the news - she's decided dating is no longer a priority of hers. The model sat down with Sofia Franklyn from Sofia With an F podcast, explaining her stance on the subject, and we're here to take a listen. So, let's take a closer look.
In the past decade or so, Amber Rose has dated some of the most famous men in the industry. Rose first came onto the scene after appearing in the music video for Kanye West and Young Jeezy's single Put On. Following the video's release back in 2008, Rose famously dated Kanye West for two years. After calling things off with West, the new "it girl" hooked up with Wiz Khalifa, and the two tied the knot in 2013, and share one son together, Sebastian Taylor Thomaz. However, they called it quits in 2014. A few years later, Rose met Rich Flex singer 21 Savage, and the two seemed pretty solid before she moved on to Alexander "AE" Edwards, Cher's current beau. The exes dated for three years and share a 2-year-old son, Slash Electric Alexander Edwards.
During the podcast, she unveiled that Khalifa cheated on her. "I married my soulmate, and then all of a sudden, he wasn't there anymore. Because our mothers, the internet, there was too much pressure to be married so young and we just had a baby. I was f****** heartbroken," she said. Edwards also later admitted to cheating on Rose in an Instagram Live, saying that cheating is, in fact, in his "true nature."
She told the podcast host she believes men, in general, have really changed over time. "It's worse than ever," she said. "They're pretty disgusting out here. They're f****** gross. Like, I wanna be single for the rest of my life." She continued, "I don't want to share my house or my life with anyone. I don't want anyone around my kids." She added, "I'm fine with being by myself too. I'm very happy to not share my bed with anyone." So maybe Rose is onto something?
