It's been quite the summer, to say the least. From Drake's alleged new fling to Donda's listening party, we'd be lying if we said we're not struggling to keep up. But if there's one thing you almost definitely need updating on, it's Drizzy and 'Ye's latest beef. So... what's really going on here?
Old flames were reignited once again this past June, as Drake sat down with Fry Yiy Friday to throw some serious shade. "Certified Lover Boy on the way, and that’s for anyone in the way," the rapper announced of his upcoming album. Of course, it wasn't long before fans interpreted his words as a warning to anyone in the way of his future drop. Enter Kanye...

In case you forgot, Mr. West has also been quite the busy guy these days. With his very own album, Donda set to drop any day now (well, or so he says), it appears a rivalry is brewing between the two rappers. "Move out of the way of my release... Tryna get me off my Qs and Ps... Why can’t losers never lose in peace?" Yeezy shaded in Donda's upcoming track Junya.
But things really took a turn when Drizzy took to Trippie Redd’s Betrayal to make his feelings known. "Forty-five, forty-four (Burned out), let it go... Ye ain’t changin’ s*** for me, it’s set in stone," the rapper shaded during his feature. Yep. Totally beefing. Of course, though, in typical 'Ye nature, he wasn't going to let that one slide. It wasn't long before he took to our feeds for some good ol' revenge.

"You will never recover. I promise you," Kanye hit back on Instagram, after uploading a now-deleted screenshot from a group text seemingly calling out Drizzy. But that's not all he did. A few days later, the Christian Genius Billionaire dropped an image of Drake's address, taking things up another notch (seen above). And while he may have since deleted the shady shot as well, we've got a feeling this story is just getting started.
Stay tuned.
