It looks like Lil Nas X has been busy topping charts and breaking hearts. After revealing he was no longer in a relationship, the Montero singer finally let fans in on who exactly is his ex-mystery man. And let's just say, the news did not disappoint. Here are all of the details.
"I've found someone special," Lil Nas X told Variety back in August. "I think this is the one. I can't explain it - it's just a feeling," he added. But lots has changed since then. Not long after opening up about the romance, the Grammy-winner revealed he and his boo broke up. "I was seeing someone. I kind of decided I didn't want to anymore," Lil Nas X admitted to Andy Cohen while speaking on SiriusXM's Radio Andy.

When Cohen asked his guest if there were any men lining up outside his door yet, Lil Nas X replied (not surprisingly) that yes, there are. "There are definitely a couple people," he said. "For sure, a couple people out there." But before anyone gets their hopes up about being the next Mr. Montero, know this: it won't be an easy task because this guy isn't looking to get locked down anytime soon.
"I don't think I want any guy right now, you know?" he shared. "Maybe I'm floating around right now ... I just want to work on music, and every now and then, you know, maybe I'll kiss a guy every blue moon." But we've got a feeling that might have something to do with more than prioritizing music since the 22-year-old admitted he still has feelings for his ex.
"We were dating, and we are still [on] very good terms," the Industry Baby performer said. Such good terms, that the two lovebirds might see more of each other in the future. "You know, we may date again, I'm sure," Lil Nas X shared. "I love him; he is amazing." So who is the lucky guy who received some of the rapper's loving? As some fans suspected, it was his dancer, Yai Ariza.
Does that name sound familiar? Probably because Yai starred alongside the Hollywood icon in the That's What I Want music video, appeared in Industry Baby, and kissed Lil Nas X on stage during the BET Awards. "If it's meant [to be], it will happen in the future. Life is long," Lil Nas X said of their relationship.
