Pharrell Williams is back with the third iteration of his Black Ambition Prize -and applications are open now! Pharrell's initiative aims to close the opportunity and wealth gap by empowering Black & Hispanic entrepreneurs. The Black Ambition Prize provides mentorship, resources, connections, and up to $3 million for entrepreneurs across multiple industries. That's a lot of dough! But it's not just about the money. Winners also get bi-weekly office hours with leaders in their respective fields so they can learn from the best of the best. And tbh, that kind of access is priceless. "We've accomplished so much in such a short time, and it's been amazing to see our impact so far. Every year just gets better," said Williams of the initiative's success so far.

The Black Ambition Prize is designed to recognize those who own or co-own a business in one of five industries: consumer products and services, media and entertainment, healthcare, technology, or Web 3.0. These industries are at the forefront of innovation and growth, making them ideal areas for entrepreneurs to explore. Applicants are required to provide detailed information about themselves and their business, including financial projections that judges will use to assess their potential for success.
