It's official - the Fast and Furious fam is expanding. According to several reports, Jason Momoa will be tagging along for the film's latest installment. And, of course, he'll be making a bang. From his alleged role to the official announcement, hang on while we break down what we know so far. Keep scrolling.
On Friday, January 28, the Fast and Furious team took to Twitter to break the big news: "the Fast fam keeps getting bigger," they announced, alongside a snap of the Aquaman star. That's right. After endless speculation, the actor is officially slated to join the blockbuster franchise. And it's already got the online world buzzing. "Y'all gonna be driving submarines in the new movie?" one user joked. "'Looking like you can at least lift a car' is definitely part of the casting requirements," nodded another.

But while Momoa's exact involvement in F10 is still under wraps, we've already got a taste of what to expect. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the Game of Thrones star will be debuting as the film's villain. And while the official storyline has yet to be revealed, we can already imagine what that'd look like. Let's just say, we wouldn't want to get on this guy's bad side. Until we get to catch him in action, though, we do know one guy our villain won't have to worry about: The Rock. In case you forgot, the former Fast member made headlines back in December after revealing he'd never return to the franchise.

"When Vin and I actually connected not over social media, I told him directly—and privately—that I would not be returning," Johnson revealed to CNN of his backstage beef with fellow cast-mate Vin Diesel. As he put it, Diesel's public plea to get Johnson involved in F10 was nothing short of shady. "I didn't like that he brought up his children in the post, as well as Paul Walker's death. Leave them out of it." But with Momoa now thrown into the mix? We'd say this party's just getting started. Stay tuned.
