Virgil Abloh Securities, a creative company founded by the late Virgil Abloh, has just announced a one-day music festival honoring the artistic mastermind and his legacy. The first-ever Mirror Mirror Music Festival is scheduled to take place in Miami, Florida December 3 at the FPL Solar Amphitheater, with a stacked lineup attached and many surprises along the way. Abloh tragically died in November 2021 after privately battling cancer for years, and since his passing, the late fashion designer has influenced thousands with his brilliant mind and warm soul. So, Mirror Mirror is just one of the few ways to celebrate Abloh and all his excellence.

According to the official Mirror Mirror Festival website, the festival is in celebration of "Abloh's interest in music, art, and design, with all net profits to be donated to support the 2023 launch of The Virgil Abloh Foundation." In 2020, Abloh announced the creation of the "Post-Modern" scholarship fund in order to support the next generation of black fashion industry leaders, and since its beginning, the foundation has helped over 40 scholars with college scholarships. So, with the launch of The Virgil Abloh Foundation, we can only imagine where things will lead to.

According to Shannon Abloh, Virgil's wife and the active managing director and CEO of Virgil Abloh Securities expressed, her late husband "had the ability to bring everyone together to create magic." So together with "his close collaborators, we wanted to bring everyone together to celebrate Virgil-his legacy, his passion, and his care for others," she said. "He believed his real work was championing others, and we will continue his work supporting youth in the arts with the launch of the Virgil Abloh Foundation in 2023."

Travis Scott and Skepta are headlining the big event, alongside performances from Yves Tumor, Pedro, Venus X, Bambii, Rampa, Acyde, and Benji B. General tickets have just been released to the public, in addition to a limited amount of VIP tickets offering access to special seating, and exclusive early access to limited edition merch. However, the Mirror Mirror Festival merch will be available to all on the day of the festival and will include hoodies, tees, a cap, and a tote. So make sure to check it out!
