Cardi B Makes PFW Debut Weeks After Welcoming Baby #2
| LAST UPDATE 09/29/2021
All the rumors are true, yeah: Cardi B is back and better than ever. The Rumors rapper just hit the red carpet for Paris Fashion Week, and you can bet she turned heads in the process. Here's what to know about the star's latest appearance - which marks her first public outing since welcoming baby #2...
On Tuesday, September 28, Cardi stepped out for her first post-baby appearance as she hit Paris' annual event. Safe to say, she did so in style. "MUGLER MAMI," the rapper shared on the 'gram, alongside a snap of her serving looks. Dressed up in a fiery Thierry Mugler gown and equally bold feathers, Cardi went all out as she strut the red carpet.
“Thank you @manfredthierrymugler for including me in such a historical night, the opening of your exhibit in Paris!” the artist praised after her documented night out on the town. “Truly one of my favorite creative minds in the WORLD! I’m mind blown looking at your collections from over the years. A true Genius!”
But forget her flashy feathers or iced-out bling for a second: Cardi's latest look deserves so much more credit than meets the eye. In case you forgot, the proud momma welcomed her second child with Offset a little over 3 weeks ago. But one look at that form-fitting gown (above), and you certainly wouldn't know any better.
In fact, the bounce-back queen has been very busy these days - and we're not just talking about her diaper changing duties or playdates with Kulture. From topping Billboard charts with her latest drops to her new docuseries, Cardi Tries, the mom of two has literally done it all. And we don't know how she does it.
Seriously, how does she do it? "The average day is me waking up with a lot of ideas in my head, so I'm always calling my team, trying to make whatever I have in my head happen, or I'm wondering about a business venture, so I call my lawyer," the boss-lady revealed to Interview back in February. "Now I just be telling my fans, 'If you work hard, it could happen, because it happened for me.'"
Take notes, folks...
